Chelsea clinch to 2-1 victory over West Ham United in their opening fixture of Premier League 2016/1. After a goalless first half Hazard scored penalty in the early stages of second half while Collins strike back for West Ham, However Diego Costa pulled off a winning goal in the 89th minute to give Chelsea and their new manager Antonio Conte a great start to the new season.
